  • 8+ years designing digital products
  • Significant experience in visual product design for complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep expertise in typography, color, composition, layout, iconography, illustration, motion, interaction states, and data visualization
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and systems thinking
  • Experience creating and scaling design systems across multiple teams
  • Understanding of design tokens, component architecture, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Experience partnering closely with engineers on visual implementation
  • Strong product thinking and ability to understand customer needs and business goals
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to mentor others and raise design quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to use them to strengthen work

Nice to have

  • Experience designing products in cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, IT, infrastructure, or regulated domains
  • Experience with Figma
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies or design system implementation workflows
