- 7+ years managing enterprise-wide treasury teams at large-scale, high-growth business
- Proven track record leading multi-billion-dollar capital structures including public or private market financings
- Deep experience structuring financial controls and SOX compliance
- Experience overseeing complex multi-entity cash management networks and working capital optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
