Required

  • 4–6 years in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related field
  • Experience in consumer-facing tech product or marketplace/platform
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human-Centered Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong portfolio with end-to-end content design work, writing process, problem-solving, polished UI copy, and measurable user impact
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for presenting and defending content decisions to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Experience building or scaling content systems, style guides, or governance frameworks across multiple teams or products
  • Deep curiosity for understanding users and empathy for their problems, balanced with data-driven judgment

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational design
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, collaboration/documentation tools, and AI tools
