What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years of finance systems or ERP implementation experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Deep expertise in Workday FDM, Chart of Accounts design, and dimensional hierarchies
- Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics including data modeling and report development
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with full ERP implementation lifecycles including requirements, configuration, testing, and cutover
- Understanding of financial accounting processes including General Ledger and consolidation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice to have
- Accounting, finance background, or CPA certification with GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center for journal automation
- Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, or scripting for data analysis
- Experience integrating Workday with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience with EPM/FP&A systems like Pigment or Anaplan
- Prior experience at high-growth tech companies scaling toward IPO
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and HCM-Financials integration
- Experience with data migration tools and reconciliation frameworks
