- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years Manufacturing Engineering experience including leadership
- Automotive manufacturing industry experience
- Knowledge of APQP, Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing engineering projects and new product launches
- Proven leadership of engineering or manufacturing operations teams
- Ability to work autonomously and drive strategic initiatives
- English language proficiency

- Experience with automation, digitalization and manufacturing innovation initiatives
