  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting SD-WAN solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN platforms
  • Knowledge of WAN, LAN, routing, switching, and IP networking fundamentals
  • Experience troubleshooting underlay circuit connectivity issues
  • Ability to analyze network incidents and drive timely resolution
  • Strong communication and customer-facing troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting business customer network environments
  • 5–7 years relevant work experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
  • Must live within 50 miles of office or self-relocate
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support

Nice to have

  • Experience in service provider, managed network, or enterprise networking environments
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, MPLS, DIA, broadband, and other WAN transport technologies
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Versa, or equivalent
