- 1 year retail or distribution experience
- In-person and phone customer interaction
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to resolve customer problems
- Can coach and lead staff
- Flexible scheduling including evenings, Saturdays, holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
