What they ask for
Required
- Christian faith and commitment to camp's Statement of Faith
- Rock-N-Water Guide School completion (or will complete if former trainee)
- Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified
- Valid California driver's license
- Able to swim 250 yards
- Able to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes
- Able to lift and carry minimum 40 pounds for extended periods
- Able to perform at least 1 pull-up
- Proficiency guiding Class III whitewater, setting and leading climbs and rappels, guiding canyoneering and backpacking trips
- ServSafe Food Handlers certified (provided by employer)
- Age 18 or older
Nice to have
- Previous Christian camping or ministry experience
- Leadership experience with group activities
