What they ask for
Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist License in Arizona
- Sterile compounding experience
- Proficiency in USP 797 and USP 800
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to work varied positions (sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, walking)
- Able to wear compounding safety equipment for extended periods
- Knowledge of HIPAA and protected health information handling
- Familiarity with FDA and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
Nice to have
- Experience compounding from non-sterile starting components
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
- Familiarity with compounding workflow software
