What they ask for
Required
- PhD or MS/BS with 2+ years industry experience in drug discovery or translational research
- Expertise in immune cell biology including innate and adaptive immunity and cell signaling
- Hands-on experience with biochemical and cellular assay development and flow cytometry
- Experience isolating and culturing primary murine or human immune cells
- Experience with in vivo and ex vivo disease models of inflammation or autoimmunity
Nice to have
- Prior biotech/pharma drug discovery experience in immunology or autoimmune disease
- Experience with small molecules, biologics, or cell-based therapeutics
- Advanced multiparametric flow cytometry expertise with 15+ color panels
- Experience with multiomics analyses
- Familiarity with translational biomarker strategy and PK/PD relationships
- Exposure to external opportunity assessment or competitive landscape evaluation
