What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of threat research experience with focus on malware analysis
  • Reverse engineering experience with file-based malware and exploits
  • Understanding of disassembly and structured programming
  • Deep knowledge of at least one major operating system and its internals
  • Understanding of adversary kill chain and attacker behaviour
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production
  • Scripting or small automation project development

Nice to have

  • GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) certification
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
  • Experience with public security testing programmes (AV-Test, AV-Comparatives, SE Labs)
  • Experience with large datasets and tools like Splunk, Elasticsearch, or Kibana
  • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
