- 5+ years relevant experience with 2+ years in trading operations or trade support management in digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading
- Strong understanding of trading, market structure, and order lifecycle
- Technical proficiency managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems in cloud environments
- Linux/Unix command-line and Bash scripting proficiency
- Log search, analysis, and ability to automate operational workflows
- Risk management, digital asset custody, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity understanding
