What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years endpoint engineering or desktop platform engineering experience
- 2+ years in people management or tech lead role
- Hands-on macOS and/or Windows systems experience beyond user support
- Experience with enterprise MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune)
- Experience managing or partnering with product engineering teams on client-side issues
- Ability to build and run a technical function with defined process and standards
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience hiring and developing technical talent
Nice to have
- Kandji/Iru experience including Blueprint architecture and enforcement scripting
- Familiarity with Electron-based desktop applications and their deployment behaviors
- CrowdStrike Falcon, Cloudflare Zero Trust, or Okta enterprise endpoint experience
- Background at a SaaS product company with close Corporate IT and Engineering collaboration
- Qualys VMDR or similar vulnerability management experience
- Experience in formal security-focused IT programs (Zero Trust, SOC 2, endpoint compliance)
- Jira Service Management for ticket and change management
