What this role is

This role builds internal AI engineering platforms that help XPENG's engineers develop and deploy software more effectively, with a focus on agentic systems that can understand and act on engineering decisions across connected infrastructure.   • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years building and operating production distributed systems
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
  • Understanding of databases, message queues, caching, and API design
  • Track record of automating manual processes into tools and self-service systems
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI coding tooling and LLM APIs with tool use and function calling
  • Experience with agentic systems or task orchestration platforms
