Required
- Experience in Real-Time Operations, Workforce Management, Operations Strategy, Business Operations, or related field
- Strong business and operational judgment connecting customer, expert, process, system, and business impacts
- Analytical capability using operational data and reporting tools to diagnose and influence decisions
- Experience improving business processes, operating models, or workflows cross-functionally
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear deliverables and success metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
