- 10+ years of design industry experience
- Track record delivering consumer-facing products with focus on onboarding, habit formation, personalization, motivation, community, content discovery, or activity tracking
- Expert-level information architecture, interaction design, and UI design skills
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
- Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to connect business goals with user needs
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Cursor
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders
- High visual craft and attention to detail in design execution
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building abilities across teams
Nice to have
- Experience with digital fitness, wellness, coaching, activity tracking, wearable integrations, training plans, guided content, challenges, or community-based motivation features
- Familiarity with Nike Run Club, Nike Training Club, or comparable consumer fitness products
- Understanding of data science and experimentation methodologies
