- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention National Organization certification
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write
- Ability to lift and handle patients
- Ability to work standing, walking, kneeling, reaching and bending frequently
Nice to have
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification
