  • Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, or government relations
  • Direct experience working with local governments on infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects
  • Skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust across diverse stakeholders

  • Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at local and regional level
  • Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
  • Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in relevant markets
  • Experience working cross-functionally with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams
  • Genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects
