- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Production-level and high-reliability software delivery
- Expert proficiency in Rust, C++, or other systems languages
- Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
- Expert-level Linux OS knowledge including memory management, CPU shielding, and scheduling
- Expert networking knowledge including TCP/IP and UDP
