- Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of footwear design experience
- Technical knowledge of footwear construction, patterning, fit, materials, and manufacturing
- Sketching and digital rendering ability
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers
Nice to have
