A senior creative executive role developing and overseeing unscripted television content across entertainment, reality, and competition formats for FOX Entertainment. This position suits experienced producers and showrunners with established creative relationships who can originate ideas, shape them into viable series, and shepherd productions from development through delivery.

What they ask for

Required

  • 13+ years of senior unscripted television development, production or current programming experience
  • Significant hands-on production experience as producer, executive producer, showrunner or senior creative lead
  • Proven track record of originating, developing and delivering successful unscripted series
  • Ability to source and secure ideas, IP, talent and creative partnerships
  • Leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Creative judgment across entertainment, competition, reality, studio, factual and talent-led programming
  • Deep relationships across U.S. television production and creative community
  • Understanding of production, post-production, budgets, schedules and network delivery requirements
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach with ability to make decisive creative decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced network environment
  • On-site attendance minimum 4 days per week
