Required
- Registered Professional Nurse license in New Jersey
- Bachelor's degree
- Clinical responsibility for perioperative departments including pre-op, OR, recovery, and GI endoscopy
- Management of nursing staff including hiring, evaluation, and discipline
- BLS certification
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of operating room clinical experience
- 2-4 years of OR leadership experience (charge nurse, lead nurse, or coordinator role)
- AORN certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications
