What they ask for

Required

5+ years maintenance technician experience in industrial or manufacturing
Leadership or supervisory experience in technical/maintenance setting
Understanding of PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting
Experience with PLC-controlled robotic equipment and legacy relay logic
Ability to operate scissor lifts and forklifts
Advanced multimeter proficiency including 480V systems
Proficiency with MCCS or similar CMMS software
Expert knowledge of Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Previous lead or senior technician role in optical manufacturing
Associate's degree or technical certification in electrical technology or mechatronics
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
