Required
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience in government contracting
- 2+ years people management or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA compliance
- Experience with indirect rate structures and cost pools
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- U.S. citizenship
Nice to have
- Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience across multiple modules
- CPA license or active CPA progress
- DoD, aerospace, or defense contracting background
- Public company or SEC reporting experience
- CSDR and IDIQ contract familiarity
- Advanced Excel and financial systems documentation skills
