Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant STEM discipline, or Associate's degree in engineering plus 8+ years aerospace Mission Assurance experience
- 8+ years experience in Mission Assurance or Product Assurance role
- Experience in Quality Assurance, System Safety Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Parts, Materials and Processes Engineering
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience implementing aerospace industry, government and European quality/mission assurance standards
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or EEE discipline
- Master's degree in engineering, physical sciences, or business administration
- 6+ years Mission Assurance experience in aerospace industry
- Experience with aerospace customer mission and product assurance standards
- Concept-to-design-to-manufacturing-to-delivery spacecraft experience
- Understanding of satellites, payloads, and ground systems for space vehicles
- Software quality experience
