- 10+ years supply chain planning experience, or 6+ years with Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with Master's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance
- US citizenship required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Material Program Management or Supply Chain Management experience on defense prime programs
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong program and budget management skills
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulations
- Lean and Six Sigma Training and/or Certification
- Experience leading and supporting prime proposal efforts
