Required
- 2-3 years IT operations or security operations experience
- 2-3 years hands-on technical knowledge of SIEM, network management, Security, or ServiceNow
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Defense, Computer Forensics, or MIS, or equivalent security certification
- Understanding of ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Technical escalation and incident analysis during security incidents
- Alert tuning and suppression analysis
- On-call support capability
