What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing quality experience
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
- Proficiency with Minitab statistical software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing customer relationships
Nice to have
- Automotive manufacturing background
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
