Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing quality experience
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
  • Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
  • Proficiency with Minitab statistical software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing customer relationships

Nice to have

  • Automotive manufacturing background
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
  • Experience with customer-specific automotive quality requirements
  • Previous product launch and APQP support
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
