Required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear policies for diverse audiences
- Experience preparing for and managing IT security audits including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- 3+ years in information security, risk management, compliance, or policy development in a corporate environment
Nice to have
- Experience with GRC platforms and policy management tools
- Experience with security automation and continuous compliance monitoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
