  • 8+ years in People Ops or HR Operations at high-growth technology companies
  • Deep hands-on experience with Rippling including workflow configuration and data integrity
  • Global employment experience across multiple regions and EoR coordination
  • Built automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or LLM-assisted approaches
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance
  • Track record building compliance and policy infrastructure from the ground up
  • Benefits administration and vendor management experience
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of abstraction
  • High ownership orientation
  • Active use of AI tools in work

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth AI or developer tools company
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, or LangGraph
  • Opinion on AI-native People Ops practices or hands-on experience building one
  • Experience standing up STD/LTD or 401(k) match programs from scratch
  • Direct experience with outside employment counsel on policy or ER matters
  • SOC2 or similar compliance audit experience on the People side
