- 7+ years in category management or procurement with indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Spend analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Stakeholder partnership skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
