Required
- 5+ years in data science with emphasis on NLP and ML in production environments
- Successfully delivered multiple GenAI, analytical, or ML projects to production
- Expert-level Python proficiency
- 5+ years practical experience with open-source LLMs (Llama 3, Mixtral, etc.)
- 3+ years building Generative AI solutions including RAG frameworks and validation pipelines
- Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with focus on code quality and architectural excellence
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience or certification with Palantir platform (Foundry/AIP)
- Strong understanding of Ontology and digital twin frameworks for AI applications
