- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience

- Minimum 3 days per week availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- At least 18 years old

- Ability to work with and direct minors in compliance with Peet's policies
- Physical capability to perform various tasks during shifts
