- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Admission to New York State Bar in good standing
- 5+ years commercial real estate law experience with office and/or retail leasing focus
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience with New York City office and retail assets

- Prior experience at a leading law firm
- In-house legal experience at a real estate owner, operator, developer or institutional platform
