- 7+ years managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projects
- Experience in both base build and tenant-improvement delivery
- Deep understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Advanced scheduling and project management skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication
- Travel up to ~30%
Nice to have
- Hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility experience
- Led $100M+ project scopes
