You'll define standards, own infrastructure, secure the estate, and keep engineers unblocked as the company scales its internal systems across Salesforce, Snowflake, and AI tooling.

Established a platform or infrastructure practice from nothing before
Deep production infrastructure experience on a major cloud provider
Infrastructure as code at scale in production
End-to-end CI/CD pipeline ownership including test, scan, and deploy gates
Strong Python or Go for automation and debugging
Practical infrastructure security: hardening, secrets, vulnerability management, least privilege
Clear written communication and good judgment on standard enforcement
Strong SQL experience and ability to write Snowflake queries
Hands-on security operations: log analysis, alert triage, incident response, SIEM experience
SAML/OIDC SSO and SCIM implementation and management experience
Secrets management including OAuth, API, and JWT service accounts
Production iPaaS experience with integration repair

Internal developer platform or platform-for-engineers experience
LLM or agent infrastructure operations in production
AI-specific security risks knowledge: prompt injection, tool-use abuse, data leakage
iPaaS or orchestration experience: Workato, Airflow, dbt, MuleSoft
Detection engineering or SIEM background
Snowflake or cloud data warehouse operations and tuning
GTM or revenue organization support background
GTM tooling familiarity: Gong, HubSpot, Outreach
Master data management and entity resolution experience
Comfort with pipeline, ARR, and product-adoption metrics
