What they ask for
Required
- 2-5 years assembly experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
- Proficiency reading English technical documents
- Basic computer skills
- Accurate color vision and depth perception
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to interpret production and engineering prints
Nice to have
- IPC soldering and/or rework/repair certification
- Experience maintaining equipment on calibration schedule
- Designated inspection certification
- Ability to assist creating sequence of operations from drawings
