- 10+ years in game development studio or creating artist-facing tools in production
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Art or equivalent experience
- Extensive Maya experience with rigging knowledge
- Capable of writing and debugging C++
- Experience developing and deploying character pipeline tools
- Strong understanding of deformation and mesh processing
- Experience leveraging agentic AI models
- Familiarity with game editors and DCC to real-time environment workflows
Nice to have
- Strong Python programming and PyQt/Pyside experience
- MotionBuilder experience

- Other programming languages beyond C++
