Required
- Graduate of accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Two years recent related clinical experience for external applicants, or one year for internal applicants
- Pass all prescreen competency assessments

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS certification if performing moderate/procedural sedation
