- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience in sensor testing, hardware validation, laboratory measurement, research, or related engineering
- Python experience for data analysis, test tooling, or automation
- Basic familiarity with analog or digital signal analysis and processing
- Basic understanding of electronics, sensors, or embedded systems
- Ability to travel to Oura sites and manufacturing facilities as needed
