What they ask for
Required
- Minimum 2 years technician experience in manufacturing, military, automotive, aviation, or industrial facility
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- Hands-on sterile filling and aseptic processing operations
- Equipment setup, changeover, and operation for filling lines
- Ability to work in Grade A isolators and Grade C cleanroom environments
- Proficiency with complex automated systems and HMI interfaces
- GMP documentation and compliance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical demands of cleanroom work
- Flexibility to work overtime
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing under cGMP
- Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
- Associates degree in science or related field
- Trade certificate or A.A.S. in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation
- BioWork Certificate
- Experience with isolators, containment technology, automated machinery, or visual inspection
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MES or ERP systems
