Required
- Ownership of CI/CD pipelines from commit to production
- Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform including module design and state management
- GitOps practices including pull-request-driven deployments and environment promotion
- Container and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm including stateful workloads
- Secrets management using Vault, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent
