Required
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience with some leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Experience supporting operational tasks like merchandising or stockroom leadership
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to follow dress code including wearing Rothy's shoes during shifts
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Fri-Sun, holidays) or peak plus non-peak days
- 18 years of age or older
