What they ask for
Required
- PhD in pharmacy, pharmacology, or related life science field
- 5+ years post-graduate industry experience in PK, drug metabolism, or quantitative modeling
- Strong foundation in PK and PD principles with ability to develop mathematical models
- Experience with mechanistic PK/PD and multi-compartmental modeling
- Proficiency in modeling software such as Phoenix/WinNonlin, MATLAB, GastroPlus, or equivalent
- Ability to design and interpret complex modeling workflows
- Experience with AI applications in model-building and workflow automation
- Track record of external visibility through publications or professional engagement
Nice to have
- Experience with antibody-drug conjugates or targeted protein degrader modeling
- Familiarity with simulation-based study design optimization
