- Journeyman Tool and Die Card from Department of Labor
- Previous supervisory experience in skilled trades
- Prior experience as tool and die maker in metals plant
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-12am) and overtime
Nice to have
- Experience training tool and die apprentices
- Knowledge of BOS and ISO/TS-16949 standards
