What they ask for
Required
- Solid technical understanding of Salesforce platform (functional and technical)
- Minimum 3 years as a technical Salesforce consultant, developer, or architect
- Experience designing and implementing solutions across multiple Salesforce products
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Developer and/or Architect)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field with strong academic results
- Fluent Norwegian and English, spoken and written
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Salesforce Architect certification
- Experience with AI-driven solutions
- Experience with security best practices
- Experience with data migration
- Experience leading technical workshops
