Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5 years supervising production, manufacturing, or test operations in a technical environment
- Supervise battery cell receiving, inspection, processing, cycling, grading, and matching
- Oversee mechanical and electrical assembly operations
- Manage battery testing including cell-level and pack-level electrical and functional testing
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, engineering requirements, and quality standards
- Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot production and test failures
- Coordinate personnel across shifts to meet production schedules, cost targets, and quality objectives
- Maintain 6S standards and operational effectiveness in production and test areas
- Support employee training, onboarding, and skills development
Nice to have
- Experience in battery, electronics, or precision assembly manufacturing
- Familiarity with battery testing, cycling, electrical validation, and data review
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Background in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments
