  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum 5 years supervising production, manufacturing, or test operations in a technical environment
  • Supervise battery cell receiving, inspection, processing, cycling, grading, and matching
  • Oversee mechanical and electrical assembly operations
  • Manage battery testing including cell-level and pack-level electrical and functional testing
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions, engineering requirements, and quality standards
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot production and test failures
  • Coordinate personnel across shifts to meet production schedules, cost targets, and quality objectives
  • Maintain 6S standards and operational effectiveness in production and test areas
  • Support employee training, onboarding, and skills development

Nice to have

  • Experience in battery, electronics, or precision assembly manufacturing
  • Familiarity with battery testing, cycling, electrical validation, and data review
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Background in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments
