Required
- 7+ years building and shipping production ML systems with backend services and ML pipelines in high-availability environments
- 1-3+ years directly managing engineers in MLOps, ML platform, or infrastructure roles with hiring and team development track record
- Strong Python proficiency and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) with solid software engineering fundamentals
- Experience designing and operating real-time model serving at scale with containerization, inference, and safe rollout strategies
- Data engineering fluency with SQL, Spark/Databricks, warehouse technologies, and data quality practices
- Proven experience implementing ML monitoring for technical and business metrics in production systems
- Ability to decompose complex problems, define success metrics, and deliver iteratively across stakeholders
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to raise bar on architecture and operational rigor
