Required
- Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6+ years, or PhD plus 2+ years
- Deep expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration
- Experience with complex time and absence rules, accruals, eligibility, approvals, and payroll integrations
- Proven ability to support global or multi-country Workday environments
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations or major Workday enhancements
- Understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, security roles, calculated fields, and validations
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions
