- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Life Sciences with 10+ years experience (or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years)
- Supply chain planning experience with network and site planning exposure
- Deep understanding of GMP operations, batch-based production, and global distribution
- Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis)
- Strong influencing skills across matrixed organizations
Nice to have
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or MBA
- Experience with commercial biologics or sterile injectables
- Experience with S&OP/S&OE processes and supply governance frameworks
